June Webinar: Restoring Files from the Admin Console

Only Administrators have login access but the account owner can create more than one administrator..

 

Once you are logged in, you will see the dashboard and all of the options that Craig discusses in this webinar.

He discusses administrators, users, and resources. This brief overview will better prepare you for this session on restoring users files.

Craig discusses multiple types of restores. He will briefly cover an in client restore, the new emergency restore that we offer, as well as restoring files through Windows Explorer. In case you have more questions about the restores, he does point you towards the tutorials for more information.
