In this video blog Brian will discuss some of the changes that we have made to the ranking structure and some benefits of the higher ranks in the community.
In the video blog you may have noticed that Brian talked about the new ranks in the community and the avatars associated with those ranks. Here are the new ranks along with some of the avatars that have been created.

We will let you see the rest of the avatars in the community but here are the ranks, in ascending order!
Warrior, Assassin, Elite Level 1 and 2, Sensei Level 1 and 2, Samurai Level 1-3, Shogun Level 1-3, Overlord Level 1 and 2, Emperor Level 1-3. We are working on a few ranks above that but in the spirit of the ninja we will keep those super secret until you see someone around the community with these ranks. Also, stay tuned for the story of how Villager begins the journey to Emperor.
You may have also noticed that Brian mentioned special events, beta programs, customer advisory boards. In the community we look for all stars who know what they are talking about and have a lot to say. We are always improving the product and testing it out. We look for those members in the community who show outstanding knowledge of the products workings to try out beta versions of the product, like Mozy Stash and Mozy for Mobile, as well as new releases before they are available to the public.
We also hold monthly Customer Advisory Boards in which we have conference calls with customers to get live feedback, hear thoughts and share product ideas. These have been very successful and have helped the product improve and grow. We look forward to seeing you in the community, and if you have any questions, please feel free to let us know!
