This tutorial explains how to access and use the Mozy support portal, which contains links to the Mozy community, the Mozy Support team and a collection of tutorials and articles.
STEPS:
- Navigate to support.mozy.com and click Log In. Enter the email and password associated with your account. Your personal support homepage opens (Note you may be asked to select your locale. Pick your locale in the drop down menu and click Select.
- The support homepage contains links to other support pages; Community, Documentation, Knowledge Base, Tutorials. There are also links to the latest homepage articles, posts in the community, FAQs and tutorials.
- The Case Management is also accessible from the home page. For more information, see How to create a Mozy support case.
- To query the knowledge base, click on the link Knowledge Base. There is a wealth of knowledge that is updated every day. To answer your question, you can search the knowledge base easily by using the Search field and various search tools to look for an solution.
