Customer Support Portal Overview

This tutorial explains how to access and use the Mozy support portal, which contains links to the Mozy community, the Mozy Support team and a collection of tutorials and articles.

 

 

STEPS:

 

  1. Navigate to support.mozy.com and click Log In. Enter the email and password associated with your account. Your personal support homepage opens (Note you may be asked to select your locale. Pick your locale in the drop down menu and click Select.
  2. The support homepage contains links to other support pages; Community, Documentation, Knowledge Base, Tutorials. There are also links to the latest homepage articles, posts in the community, FAQs and tutorials.
  3. The Case Management is also accessible from the home page. For more information, see How to create a Mozy support case.
  4. To query the knowledge base, click on the link Knowledge Base. There is a wealth of knowledge that is updated every day. To answer your question, you can search the knowledge base easily by using the Search field and various search tools to look for an solution.

On a daily basis for the last couple of weeks,
I have been getting following two ( 2 ) 
messages appearing on my monitor:
 
1) Robo Form Online cannot determine whether _gsdata_is folder
Server says: Forbidden (Status code 403)
 
2) More than 3 days have passed since the last successful backup.
 
I have no idea as to what I am supposed to do about this!
Can you please help to alleviate this problem?!?
 
3) Please provide me with the correct 'LogIn' link.

I can't downloan mozyhome for WIN

 

Error message simply says "can't download"

I just changed to  a new computer, and I clicked "Browse" to begin backing up my new computer, and it says "No Results Found". What the heck is going on?

MozyHome has not successfully backed up my files for 10 days, during which time I've made hundreds of changes that need to be uploaded.  I get a message that says "filesystem error 4."  Does anybody understand what that means and what I need to do to make Mozy work for me? Thank you for whatever help you can provide.

My Quicken data is gone!  How do I restore from last night's backup?

I do not have the case management section in my left column. I cannot call in for help because in order to do so, I have to have a case management number. 

 

I switched to a mac and sold my PC. Mozy is telling me I cannot switch computers since they are different operating systems. 

 

I also just renewed my subscription and was not told of the amount I was being billed until after they processed it. It was $20 higher than what I paid previously.

 

I am not a happy customer at this point.

OMG> same issue here as howdyshan. HOURS WASTED trying to get through this horrible horrible useless website
