I have a similar problem. I had to wipe my PC and put on a clean copy of Windows 10. Now I am unable to restore my Mozy files. I keep getting this message: "Server Error There is a problem with our servers. Please try again later. Code : FRER0001
We've gone ahead and moved your response to it's own thread since it's unrelated to the topic you commented on. The error you're getting. We did have a restore problem earlier this morning that may have caused the server errors you were seeing, but it has been resolved as of about midday, can you try your restore again and see how it goes?
