My account lapsed and my files appear gone within Mozy. Is that accurate? Have they truly been wiped? Or if I start the charges again will they come back? Thanks all.

Basically we try to give people a grace period before deleting their content from our servers. I went and checked and found Some data still on our servers from the last time it backed up. (about 18 GB worth). There is no guarantee how much longer it will stay nor if some of the data has been lost. If you want to do a restore, or continue backups, update your account as soon as possible!

I see that your account has been activated again as of today and I still see all of your data on your account. The last backup from Dec 1st, 2015 is available for restore if you needed to restore any data.
Please post any other questions you may have and "accept as solution" the post that was the solution to your issue.
