The error message is:
Instant download failed. Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please contact Customer Support.
Mozy Restore Manager says that my download is "Estimating." That has not changed for 5 days. Is this normal?

@shall787 Where in the web restore tool were you getting that error?
Also, I'm showing the restore complete yesterday, after you posted this. Is everything looking okay now?
