Clock stopped July 2016!

I  added a second laptop while my other one is being repaired.

I added the second one last week. Although it backs up what I do daily it has not restored my missing data since July 2016 (when I got my new laptop)

I have had 'chat' support for hours but nothing happens

I then asked to make a complaint and was told to make it to someone on 'chatline'!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged this morning and asked to chat to a Supervisor- there are none in the office.

Can anyone tell me how to get proper Customer Service?

It looks like you were able to contact support since I see an open case.

@decca1 - I see from your case that you were able to get in contact with a supervisor. Should you have any trouble with your case or getting in contact with support management in the future, please let me know directly and I will get in contact with them for you.
