My Trinitee PC machine has crashed. It will not start.
I cannot find the backup files from my Desktop account. I urgently need 2 of these files for a meeting on Monday Morning

What you will want to do is something called a Web Restore. Log onto your account at Mozy.com, and once there click on the Devices tab on the left, then click on the name of your computer. From there you should be able to browse your file structure until you find the files you are missing, and then download them. Here is an article on how to do all of that:
The problem is that I retired the Trinitee laptop and transferred all the files to another computer but did not link the new machine.
