Randsomware has deleted all the contents of the backup set. There are old backups that include all the files that I want to restore that I can see from the Mozy web site but there is no way to tell the system that I want to restore these files from an earlier backup.
Were you able to follow the links Peter gave in his last post and follow the instructions on how to change the date of the restore page? Please post any other questions or comments if any, otherwise please mark this thread as solved.
