I looked up your account, and it likes you are currently getting a "FilterError0", which means that Mozy's filter driver has been stopped. To fix this, I would recommend that you uninstall Mozy from your machine, reboot, and then reinstall the most recent client version. Make sure that you reselect your files for backup, and then kick off another backup. You should be able to find the most recent client version if you login to your Mozy account online at Mozy.com.
