I am not satisfied with your procedure for cancelling accounts.

Is is unacceptable that I must wait until a specific day in the future, as I already decided to cancel the service right now. 

The blockroads you set to prevent people to cencel just let me more disapointed and is very instructive on how you care for your customers. 

So as your so-good-automated system can not provide it, I request that you manually cancel my account.

This indicates clearly that you should improve your cancellation procedures.

I'd like to cancel my account and receive a refund. I'm not sure how to take care of that, can someone point me in the right direction? My backups haven't been working for months and I switched to a different service. Thanks.
