I am tech support at a dental office. The former tech, who is no longer there nor available to answer questions set up Mozy on their server to backup data with an email account that we do not have access. Therefore we can not manage the application even though they are paying for it monthly.
When I attempt to contact Mozy the automated service asks for information we cannot provide because we don't have access. Mozy will not allow us to talk to a live person so we are stuck. Our only option so far is to cancel the paid service and go with someone else.
