because someone (you ?) specified your email address while registering at mozy and it need confirmation. if you did not then just don't confirm it.

Such email is a bad idee, the user think somebody tries to access his data.

Most websites where you sign up for an account include this type of email. In fact, I can't recall a time in recent memory where I signed up for an account somewhere and DIDN'T get a verification email.

I am trying to verify my account and re-establish my credit card information with MozyHome. I am receiving notices from Mozy telling me that I am suspended due to incomplete credit card information. I have sent it twice now and still receive suspension notices. How do I get my MozyHome backups to continue? E Aasted [eaasted@cox.net]
