Not seeing previous backups after having to reformat computer. have been subscriber for over a year.

Computer service reformatted computer with only Windows 7.  Have reloaded programs, but needed to recover favorites and email contacts.  After reinstalling Mozy, do not find any backups prior to reload date of 4/13.  Same account and password.  Where are my prior backups?

The in-client restore should have that data available.  You can select the Search by Date radio button in the Restore tab under Mozy Settings, then use the calendar to select a date before the reformat.  You can also use the web restore as suggested by username_issues to restore data from before the reformat date.
