How do I change my level of membership? My old membership lapsed because I was on a long international trip. When I returned to the USA & signed up again it only gave me one option, which was 3 computers & 125 GB. This is much more than I need or will ever use. What I want is 2 computers & 50 GB. The MOZY web site will not allow mw to make this change. This is a big waste of money for me. Someone please help me. JohnAFarris
I did as suggested & I changed my renewal plan to 50 GB. That was easy, but the effective date of this change is 04/02/2014. I want the change to be effective NOW !!! I never asked for 125 GB & I do not want that much. I am wasting money needlessly.
The MOZY message goes on to say that I need to: "open a support case." I have tried to do so, but I could find no option to do it.

I'm going to cancel and refund the current subscription on your account so that we can get this all squared away. Head back in to your account, and now when you select a renewal plan you will be able to choose the 50GB plan, which should go in to affect on 4/11/12. Just make sure you do it before that date and you should be fine. If you do it after the 11th, the account will show as suspended, but let me know if you need me to push it out a couple of days. The refund for the 125gb plan should take 3-5 days to go back in your account, and I understand if you need to wait until those funds are available before you charge a new plan on Mozy again.
