I want to close my account and get a refund since I was billed less than 90 days ago. Please confirm how this is done since it is nowhere to be found on your support portal.

I'm sorry it looks like this has not been addressed in the community. But I think this is one that a support agent has to handle. Let me get someone involved.

We are sorry to see you go. I see that that you have canceled your account and that you are within the 90 day grace period for prorated refunds which I have given back to your credit card and will take 7 to 10 business days to complete.
