michaelnatkin - We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel. Log In to your Mozy account online, under 'Account Page" on the left side, click "My Profile" and on the right side "Member Since". There is a "delete account" option.

If a response has resolved your issue, please mark it as a solution to help the Mozy community.
