Account canceled due to credit card expired

I checked my account today and discovered that the account is listed as canceled due to problem accessing credit card, which needed to be updated.  Account still lists the pc and seems to show that it can be restored. How do I find out if the files are still available? If they are, I will update the card info and renew.
