Which Mozy are you using?
(MozyHome Free/Paid, MozyPro)
What version of Mozy are you using? (2.x.x.x)
What anti-virus/firewall tool are you using?
Ihave received emails stating that you are having a problem using the credit card on file to charge me for your service. I don't know why that would be the case. I have now received a message saying that my service is being suspended. I need help. If someone could call me @ **Removed** I would appreciate it.
As a home user, you will not have access to phone support.
Your credit card should be good now, we'll try to rebill you and your backups should be fine now.
As for the filter error, you may try manually starting it after installing it.
Right click on it and select 'Install'.
Then open up command prompt as administrator (Start>All Programs> Accessories>Command Prompt, Right click Run As Administrator) and type in "net start mozyfilter
