I see that your account still exists for a 50 GB account. If you want to see if the software is uninstalled, please follow these steps:
- For Windows, go to Programs and Features
- Locate MozyHome
If it is there, right-click and Uninstall the software. Once done, it will be uninstalled. Are you intending on cancelling the account as well? Also, for Mac it's as simple as locating MozyHome in the Applications folder and moving it into the Trash.
