How to contact support via chat and/or support case:
At the top of the forum webpage there should be a life saver icon with the label of "Support Home". Click on that, wait for the next page to load and then look in the upper right corner. If you see a link labeled "Log in" - then click on that link. The page should refresh or you might have to log in again.
[Mozy uses a company named Salesforce as part of their support system, so the browser's address bar might say salesforce.com. If you happen to get a webpage with noting but a rectangle in the upper left - asking you to log onto your salesforce account - then the system has barfed and you will need to try again later.]
Scroll down while looking on the left side of the web page. If your account is eligible for chat, you should see that there.
If you need to create a support case (and you are eligible for that) you should see a link labeled "Submit" inside a rectangle labeled "Case Management".
If you already have a case open and you need to communicate with them about it - just click on the link named "My Cases" and then select the case that you wish to update.
