I have just changed to a newer version of Asus PC, and I can't get Mozy to back up my documents and pictures the way it used to do so well.


After trying various fixes, Mozy is now trying download a huge file, which it can't do.



I would like to restore the settings to the new "One Drive" (which was the original configuration), but either the program is jammed or I don't know how to select files to back up.

If Mozy is stuck then I would first suggest restarting your computer considering the lack if information I have regarding your issue.  Have you followed our instructions on how to replace a computer with a new one?
