I'm very sorry to hear that you're having a problem with this. Unfortunately this is an issue with some machines running Windows 10 having an issue with the SHA-2 update in our latest clients. We're currently working on a fix, but for now we have a work around that will allow you to install a slightly-older version of Mozy on the machine and run that until a solution is found. To fix it:
1. Uninstall that partial install by going to Start > All Programs > MozyHome > Uninstall
2. Reboot the computer
3. Reinstall this slightly older version of the software here:
4. Once you have it reinstalled, make sure to reselect your files for backup by following the steps in this article:

I can see that your backups are working now as of the last backup yesterday running Mozy 188.8.131.522.
