Here is how you can uninstall Mozy: 

 

Windows XP or 7:

  1. Go to Start.
  2. Go to All Programs.
  3. Go to MozyHome or MozyPro.
  4. Choose Uninstall MozyHome or MozyPro.
  5. Reboot the computer.

Windows 8 or 10:

  1. Right click on Windows Start button.
  2. Select Run.
  3. Type appwiz.cpl then hit Enter.
  4. Locate MozyHome or MozyPro backup, right-click, then select uninstall.

Were you able to uninstall Mozy?  This error comes from some Windows 10 operating systems not recognizing Mozy as a digitally signed driver even though Mozy has signed drivers.  The fix to this problem is to uninstall Mozyhome 2.32.3.522 and install Mozyhome 2.28.2.432.

 

Let us know if that works.
