"Files backed up 6 days ago."  Files should be backed up 2x/day.

"An attempt 2 hours ago was incomplete.  1 file (0 bytes) awaiting backup."

Did any error messages pop up when it gave you that message? If you go to the Mozy Settings, and then to the History Tab, is there an error for that backup? If you click on the failed backup in the History Tab, it should give you a list of files. Can you tell what file is failing?
