The Mozy Icon has disappeared from the box next to my clock. Backups aren't working. I tried clicking on the Mozy apps in my programs file and it said "The item 'mozystat.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so that this shortcut will no longer work properly."
I tried reinstalling Mozy and get error code 2330 and the install stops. What's going on?

Please go in and uninstall Mozy, Restart the computer, and try the install again. If it still doesn't work create a case with us or come into our chat service, and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting.

Thanks for trying to help me but I can't even uninstall Mozy. Each time I try, I get this message "
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2324."
I tried restarting my computer just to be sure the program hadn't really been uninstalled and the message was just a fluke. It's not.
What can I try now?
It appears that the Mozy install folder was moved or was deleted without using the Mozy uninstaller.
Just try installing the latest version of Mozyhome 22.214.171.1242 from this link and you will probably need to select your files again for backup.
If installing Mozy from the link above fails to correct the problem then we will create a case for you, to further trouble shoot the problem.

Now I'm back to the original error code of 2330. Shall I just throw my computer against the wall or would you be kind enough to open a ticket for me? I'm going out of town and I need my files backed up ASAP.
