Why won't the restore program recognize my browser?

My computer hard drive crashed and had to be rebuilt.  Changed from Vista to Windows 7.  Tried to restore files but program just says it doesn't recognize the browser.  I downloaded Mozy program already.  What do I do?

Hi there,



What browser are you using? PLease make sure it is up to date. Also, if you have the program installed you can right click on the Mozy icon in the system tray and left click on restore. Change the date in the upper right hand corner to the last date the old computer backed up then select your files and click on restore.
