If your issue is a filtererror0 on a Windows 10 operating system then you will need to uninstall Mozy if the install was able to complete and reboot your computer, then install Mozypro 2.28.2.432 if you are a Mozypro customer or install Mozyhome 2.28.2.432 if you are a Mozyhome customers which will fix this issue.

It looks like you currently have a case open with our tech Lizzie regarding this. She followed up this morning as she hasn't heard back from you, can you please let us know through that case or here on the thread if your issue has been resolved?
