Re: Problem performing restore

You could try doing web restore via http://secure.mozy.com there is no reason for web-restore not to work

Re: Problem performing restore

Thanks but I got onto Mozy help and they suggested trying the archive restore which I have done and Mozy have bundled the packets un form me to download, extract and save. Problem is my download speed still seems to be an issue! I have checked my server speed and it's up at 22 to 28 mb but the download speed on anything from Mozy is down at 4 to 5 Kb. I don't now why the speed is so slow on anything coming from Mozy when all my other Internet downloads seem to work fine.......?

Wow, that is just sad. Can you try another computer - perhaps in another area with another ISP?

Sig::: Practice restoring a file before you need a file in an emergency.

For web restore you can use download accelerators like flashget or download master or jdownloader - those can download one file via many streams and get x8 or more speed of your current.

Sadly, mozy client software or usual browsers can't do that.
