Some files checked to backup appears with red exclamation point. When I run backup these files do not turn into green check mark. The red exclamation point does not disappear. How can I solve this problem and have these files backed up?

can you give me the full path and the name of the files that are not backing up?

There are so many files that are not backing up.
Example: All files in the paths bellow:
C:\Users\Eduardo\Documents\CONCURSOS\APOSTILAS\mpu complementar\GESTAO DE PESSOAS
C:\Users\Eduardo\Documents\CONCURSOS\APOSTILAS\mpu complementar\ADM DE MATERIAIS
C:\Users\Eduardo\Pictures\Dudu Cooking
I am using the 2.4 version. In the previous version the problem was the same. I thought upgrading mozy version the problem was disappeared
Thank you for helping..

So - some files in that folder structure have red exclamation points and some do not?
The files that have the red exclamation points - could they have been in use during the backup?

In the folder structure that I have before all files are marked with red exclamation point.
But in the path bellow some files have red exclamation points and some do not.
C:\Users\Eduardo\Documents\CONCURSOS\APOSTILAS\mpu complementar\AFO
I dont know how can I solve this issue.

It is probably best to let the Mozy staff look at your account on their end. Hopefully one of them will stop by this thread soon.

If the files you are mentioning are selected as part of the backup, go into Mozy History and click on the line for the current backup. Then look in the window portion below for the files that you have mentioned. Look at the field to the right, to see if there is detailed information regarding the file.

Have you tried the new "View Backed Up Files" feature from 2.4 to see if those files are already backed up? That feature is accessible from the pop-up menu when you right click the Mozy icon from the System Tray. It may just be the case that Windows Explorer hasn't updated the graphic overlays yet.
