I have a new computer.  How do I migrate my backed up files to the new computer?  I am using MOZY home free.

Just install on the new computer, and choose replace machine.

Of course if you want the data from your old computer on your new computer, once you get it installed do an in-client restore. Unless you have the old computer still, then just move it over from the old computer.
