What Operating System (OS) are you using?
(XP Home, XP Pro, Vista Home/Bus..., Windows 7 Home/Pro/Ultimate)
Also, is it a 32bit OS or 64bit?
Which Mozy are you using?
(MozyHome Free/Paid, MozyPro)
What version of Mozy are you using? (2.x.x.x)
Where are these files located? e.g. what is the path to the files?

Thanks!
I'm using MozyHome, and my OS is Windows 7.
Final Draft files are saved to my document library, though I keep trying to save them elsewhere to see if I can get it to show up. When I try to check it using the File System on Mozy, I can't find any of the files with the .fdx extension. I see Word files, Excel files and PDF files, but that's it.
I can't figure out where they're hiding!

See this post for some settings to try... but I have my doubts that this is the problem.
I had no problem selecting an XML (text) file with the FDX file extension no matter how that setting was set... but I'm on XP at the moment... Maybe W7 treats the files differently or maybe the Final Draft app hides the output folder and/or files in such a way as to make Mozy think that they are protected system files.

You could also go to where these files are stored on the computer, right click them, and select "Add to MozyHome backups". This doesn't create a way for you to find them with a backup set, but if you're not seeing them in the Settings window this might be how you will need to do it. After you do that, run a backup, then check your restores to see if we have a copy of the file. If it works, great. If not, we'll need to look in to this some more.

Where you able to get them to show up within the Mozy app's Settings window > file System tab?
Or did you have to use Windows (file) Explorer"s "right click > context menu" method?

I had to right click. Still wonder why the files won't show up, but I can live as long as they're saved!

Double check the history and restore to make sure they are backed up.
