Can't run backup either scheduled or manually. Just churns away "Retrieving backup information" and leaves a text document saying: [LocalizedFileNames]
MozyHome Status.lnk=@C:\Program Files\MozyHome\oem.dll,-20101

I find with this happens what you have to do is restart the Mozy Service. To do so you can follow this article here:

Unfortunately, the referenced article did not solve the problem. I haven't been able to run a backup in 6 days. I'll have to cancel this service and find another solution to backups if this isn't resolved soon.

MozyClientError3 and a text which reads: [LocalizedFileNames]

I've made sure permissions are given in McAfee and have tried the previously suggested:

 

Restart the Mozy Service. To do so you can follow this article here:

No backup for 7 days and I'm extremely concerned.

I should add that I think Mozy updated about 7 days ago. It's running 2.36.3.633

This error is related to maintenance on one of our data centers and our engineers already have a fix that will be released this week by Friday to address this issue.
