Mozy fails to backup its own schema

I've had to replace my OS several times over because acronis TrueImage is apparently worthless with Windows 10 and their new BCDedit multiple image schema.  In the meantime I've discovered that Mozy is a bit of a mess as well in that there is no backup/restore of the Mozy backup schema. What the F*ck!

Re: Mozy fails to backup its own schema

@rcmozy, Were you able to salvage anything from your old image? Specifically a file called conf.dat located in C:\Program Files\MozyHome\Config . The conf.dat file is where your backup selection is stored.  If you don't have a copy of this file, let me know and I'll set up a support case, so you can verify your account, which will allow me to send you an e-mail with your conf.dat attached.
