Mozy will not backup for past month, because it wants to update. When he update process runs, it error's our with the error:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter and alternate path to a folder containg the installation package 'Mozy-x64.msi' in the box below.
Use Source: C:\Users\Office\AppData\Local\Temp\msi43E5.tmp\
OK does nothing. Cancel will roll back the update.
This error comes up no matter what I try to do. Backup, update or uninstall.

This typically means there's a problem with the MSI installer for the program, and you'll need our custom uninstaller to move it for you. We'd be happy to build this for you, is your machine a 64bit or 32bit machine?

Uninstalled perfectly. And reloaded and auto set up a back up.
I still need to customize my backup, but that should be easy, as I am up and running normally.
