It's unacceptable that Mozy is covering up their Windows 10 incompatibility

It's shameful that Mozy/Dell knows that they're incompatible with the Windows 10 update and yet they're not warning anyone and they're happily taking everyone's money still.

So far as I'm concerned, Mozy deserves a massive PR disaster that puts them out of business for their negligence.

I must say I'm feeling exactly the same way.

Have you updated to the appropriate version here? Can you give us specific errors as to what is happening and where?

@tfmaguire

We haven't heard from you since your initial posts on the 14th.

Did you see the thread where a few others have had Mozy filter issues using Windows 10?

There's only about 3, maybe 4 people reporting a problem with "compatibility" in this thread.

Please post any questions or comments.

Thank you,

Re: It's unacceptable that Mozy is covering up their Windows 10 incompatibility

@ScottS1

@fooey

Mozy did run my scheduled backup last night; however, I'm still getting this text document when restarting my computer: [LocalizedFileNames]
MozyHome Status.lnk=@C:\Program Files\MozyHome\oem.dll,-20101

Maybe this isn't a problem but it is unsettling. Comments?

Thanks

Tom
