New version did not work for me. I have been trying to get this to install for over two hours. Nothing works All Windows 10 updates are installed. Very frustrating program.

Have you tried what was said earlier in this thread, aka uninstalling Mozy, then installing an older version:
If so, what specific errors pop up when you try to do the install?

I'm seeing two successful manual backups from the 19th and two successful automatic backups from yesterday and today.
