In one of my website folders only a single file is being backed up. Why?

All of my website folders are properly backed up except the most important, most active one :mansad:, where only a single .GIF file is backed up.  Why would this be happening?

Do you have it selected from the File system tab, or do you just have the backup sets?

I'm not sure how I designated it, but it seems odd either way.  I  have a folder, My Websites, with subfolders for each site.  My question is, why are all the other subfolders backed up fully except one? And why is one tiny file in that folder backed up?
