I can't run backups since updating my email online.
Running MozyHome on Windows XP.
I updated my e-mail on the Mozy site a couple of weeks ago, and since then have not been able to run a back up. I get "account error 1: You have entered an incorrect username and/or password". I can log in okay under my new e-mail, so I know I have the username and password are working. I think the problem is in my settings, which still probably have the old username/e-mail. I say probably because while I have found under "options" where I might change my username and password, it is greyed out and I can't access it.
How do I change my settings to enable backups under my updated email address? Thanks
