After an administrator has changed a user's password each computer configured with that user will need to have its password changed. This tutorial explains how to update a user's password on a computer.
STEPS:
- Right-click the Mozy icon in the system tray, then select Settings and then More Settings.
- Details of an error appears in a dialog box. This is due to the previous, now invalid password. Click OK.
- The MozyPro login box appears. Enter the new password.
- Click Login. The user’s password has been changed on this machine (Remember you will need to change the passwords on all machines associated with this account).
