How do I download all my files after my PC is back from the repair shop?

Hi

I have received my computer from the repair shop and all my data is dissapeared. I cant find out now to download all my files from Mozy. I have tried without result.

Please see the following Knowledge Base Article with details on your different restore methods and options.  Keep in mind that you will probably need to change the "backup date" that you are restoring from to a previous date from when those files were last backed up on your machine.
