FilterError0 & MozyFilter failed to start Windows 7

Hello,

 

I noticed that I haven't had a successful backup for 4 days and the history shows FilterError0. When I click on the link it brings me to your page which instructs to download the latest version which I did - version 2.32.8.595-89007. During the installation I got an error that said MozyFilter failed to start. When I searched the knowledge base the page offered a link to an SHA-2 patch, but there was no patch to install on that page. Please advise.

I'm getting the same error (filtererror0) and already have the patch installed. I tried installing the C++ redistribs and running the net start command to start the filters. I added file and folder exclusions for Mozy in my anti-virus and reinstalled Mozy. I still get filtererror0! Please help!
