Solved (Go to Solution)

Every time my computer restarts I get the Notepad on top with a note about Mozy.

Running Windows 10 and though now Mozy is backing-up my files after not for 16 days, I'm still getting text document saying: [LocalizedFileNames]
MozyHome Status.lnk=@C:\Program Files\MozyHome\oem.dll,-20101

I've looked at the solutions posted on the Forum and haven't been able to apply them to my problem. Maybe I need specific Windows 10 instructions.

This has become very worrisome after many years of using Mozy with few problems.
