It may be saying that because your account is still suspended and NOT actually deleted. The one message is coming from your the Mozy backup software stating that it has not been backed up in x number of days. You can get rid of both issues by either putting in a valid credit card (updating the card) or deleting the account (try loging in to see account status) and uninstalling the Mozy backup software from the machine.
