I have tried contacting this company for months. I am being charged every month for a service I haven't used once! It's like pulling teeth to figure out how to close this account. I want my account closed effective as of today 6-1-12 and for my credit card to not be charged again. I am about to dispute these charges if this isn't taken care of. I would like the past 2 month charges refunded to my account since it's taken me this long to try and close it. It's sad that I even calling a number I get put on hold for 25 minutes. I have to resort to posting in a community chat to close this.

I see a "My Profile" link on the left side of the web page:
That leads me to a page where I could delete my account:
(Uncheck the two e-mail options before deleting the account.)
If you don't have those links - then open a support case.
