Cant setup client - Incorrect username or password

I have this new account. Only a single user. I have reset the password and can log into the website with the login. Just wont accept it from the client. I have triple checked the user name, the activation key, the password all are fine.Just to top it off trying to email support it bounces saying its from an invalid email address even though it is being sent from the registered email address that it the account is created under.

I am experiencing the same problem. I can login with the username/passsword on the website and other clients, but one of the machines is not accepting them.

The solution for me turned out that the password on the website was changing the admin side of things but not the user which is the same name. Had to get help to change the users password through my oem dealer. Doesn't sound like the same problem for you though if its working on other PC's. Sorry. Hopefully one of the tech guys will pick it up.

This morning, I logged into the server and the backup was running.  I made no changes whatsoever.

 

Mozy so flaky.  I've had just about enough of them.
