Yes, I am still waiting to get back to that customers site. Probably will not be until some time next week. They want me to wait until I also have other things to do there, so that they don't have to pay a trip charge just for this one thing.
The customer had another item for me to take care of so I went back on site last night. I tried various things (no Anti-Virus installed, no programs running in the background, etc.) but no luck. Mozy tech support closed the case on me so I guess the customer will just have to live with Mozy not working correctly. Thanks for all of the help anyway. Seems this is getting to be the norm with Mozy in the last few months. Always something not working correctly with Mozy and no way of fixing it. Never had a Mozy problem on any computer for years until the last few Mozy updates.
