Backups suspended, no errors

All of the sudden, my scheduled back ups have suspended, but I'm not receiving any errors.  My last successful download was 1/28, and then it appears that it quit trying.

 

When I right click on the status bar icon, and open the MozyHome Status, the "Start Backup" link is greyed out.  I've checked all settings, rebooted computer.  I've changed frequency of scheduling - all to no success.

Since you posted this message, I'm showing a successful backup.

 

By default the Mozy service is set to "Automatic delayed start" so I waits for all other services to start first before our service starts.  I've seen this take several minutes before our "Start Backup" button becomes clickable after a computer is turned on. This especially if  the computer is running slow and or has a lot of programs running during startup that have to start running before our service will start.

 

Now that there was a backup today, is the "Start Backup" button clickable or is it grayed out again?

I'm still seeing successful backups for one of the two computers on  your account. 

 

The computer backing up reports a gap in the backup from 1-27-18 to 2-2-18, so I was assuming that this was the computer in question since the other computer on your account has not backed up in a while.
