Were sorry that you haven't had any backups. Mozy support is open 24/7/365 and I see that you have a Mozypro account which has access to 24/7/365 phone support.
After checking your backup I'm showing a clientError3 reporting which is a known issue for some of our customers.
I'm attempting to implement a fix for your backup now (which may or may not work now) but there is a scheduled fix to be released this Monday the 22nd that will fix all of the common ClientError3's reporting with the same issue.
