Backup not working

two weeks and no tech support.

Were sorry that you haven't had any backups.  Mozy support is open 24/7/365 and I see that you have a Mozypro account which has access to 24/7/365 phone support.

 

After checking your backup I'm showing a clientError3 reporting which is a known issue for some of our customers.

 

I'm attempting to implement a fix for your backup now (which may or may not work now) but there is a scheduled fix to be released this Monday the 22nd that will fix all of the common ClientError3's reporting with the same issue.

i keep getting (continually) emails saying JaredG mentions you  in Mozy Community. I SEE NOWHERE THAT THAT I S HAPPENING....    STILL NO WORD ON REPAIR.  IT HAS BEEN  OVER 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A BACKUP...

 

WHO COULD RELY ON A CO. LIKE THIS

You're getting an email because I've mentioned your Mozy Community name (Mm45) in my last post.

 

As I mentioned in my last post, the "word on repair", we are planning a scheduled maintenance/fix to be released this Monday the 22nd.
