Auto Updated to Wrong MozyHome Client? - Got 22.214.171.124 (Pro) Instead of 126.96.36.199 (Home) - No Backups
On 8/1/2011, I was prompted to reboot because my Mozy client had autoupgraded. I rebooted successfully. Today I noticed that my nightly backups, which have been successfully firing off every night, have quit and I missed the last couple of days of backups.
The last entry in the History log on the night of 8/1/2011 shows an UpdateRequired0 message, which seems strange because my client had just autoupdated a few days ago.
The About window shows that I am at version 188.8.131.52, but when I look at the latest version of the MozyHome client, it is reported to be 184.108.40.206. It appears that the client version I got is the current Pro version, but everywhere else on my client interface, it says it is the Home version.
Bottom line questions are:
Did the autoupdate give me the incorrect client (Pro 220.127.116.11)?
If so, did this stop my backups?
Will simply downloading the correct client (Home 18.104.22.168) restart my backups?

Rob_on_Mozy - The simplest way to install the latest client at this point is to install the current version, reboot, Log In to your Mozy account and install the latest version which as of today is 188.8.131.52.
